This is the largest rental house in Point William, a secluded 3 story home, in the Private & Gated family oriented neighborhood with Private, NOT SHARED, Docks! There is a 25’ Tri-toon boat available for rent (seats 15 people).
This is a 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home with 2 large living rooms, 3 large decks, a screened in porch and direct lake views from EVERY room in the house. We have a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with both a Keurig, Nespresso and regular coffee maker. There are plenty of board games and children’s toys, including water toys such as lily pad, paddle boards and a kayak.
Whether you're the type that wants a personal chef to cook dinner, you want every meal catered, you want to rent our 2022 Custom Landau 25 foot Tritoon with 200 Horsepower engine and seats 15 people ($425/day for consecutive days May through September only), want your groceries delivered to you or if you just want to grill burgers on the main level deck overlooking the lake, this is the place for you!
Regarding the house, although it will sleep more in beds, our limit is very strictly a max of 14 people, unless agreed to in writing. This is NOT an event venue and treating it as such you will be asked to leave immediately, with no exceptions. If you have Verizon phones, like most places on the lake, they will not work unless connected to Wifi at the house and even then, maybe only messages will work. You will have no issues with AT&T!
The house is on year round deep clear water and the community has a shared pool house on a bluff that overlooks Smith Lake. The home has brand new furniture and we are continuing to add additional new pieces to the house as time permits. NO EXPENSE SPARED! The kitchen is fabulous with a chefs refrigerator and just as all other rooms in the house, it has a direct view of the lake. The dock is great for swimming, fishing and/or just hanging out on the water! Lake living at its very finest! There is a brand new fire pit that can be used by anyone in the neighborhood if you drive past the pool house and the boat trailers, you’ll see it there!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had plenty of room for our large multi family vacation. The location was perfect and the kids had fun with the lily pad, paddle boards and other water toys. We will definitely be back!

House was excellent! Kids loved the upstairs bunk beds and the adults loved the separate bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone as well. The deck upstairs and the screened porch was also pleasant at night. Short walk to the dock and not a lot of traffic on the water makes it really nice. 10/10 would recommend.

We love Point William for its location and access to 65 going north and south. We love the gated neighborhood, architecture of homes. pool, views, ease and comfort of lake life.
What makes this property unique
We are the largest home in the neighborhood with a primary bedroom suite on the main level and 3 other suites as well as a bunk room. The bunk room is not only charming but so functional. We love the two living spaces, the stone fireplace and lake views out of all the windows. The restoration and recharge we find in this home and natural surroundings is unmatched.
