The apartment is quietly located at the end of Lautenthaler Straße on a cul-de-sac and is the ideal starting point for a relaxing nature, hiking, or active holiday.<br>Kranichsee Lake, the Hahnenklee Spa Park, and the Kuttelbacher Teich forest swimming area are just a few minutes’ walk away. The town centre, with its restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away.<br>Numerous hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, and mountain bike routes begin right outside the front door. The sleeper sofa provides two additional sleeping spots.<br>The fully equipped built-in kitchen is perfect for cooking together. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious west-facing balcony with a view of the Harz Forest nature reserve.
