Spanning approximately 65 m², this elegantly furnished 3-room apartment on the ground floor of the historic Villa Waldschloss offers comfortable accommodation for up to six people. Two separate bedrooms, additional sleeping arrangements in the living area, and a balcony overlooking the greenery make the apartment a versatile holiday home for families or group trips with friends. Real wood parquet flooring, select designer wallpaper, and high-quality woodwork give the rooms their unique character.


Living [&] Dining
The heart of the apartment is the bright living area with a comfortable sofa set and a flat-screen TV. The gas fireplace creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere, inviting you to relax and unwind—especially after long walks or on cooler evenings. If needed, the sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping area for two people.


The kitchen, custom-built by a local cabinetmaker, blends harmoniously into the living area and is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.


The large dining table comfortably seats up to six people. With a view of the green park, it becomes a gathering place for shared meals, leisurely breakfasts, or social game nights.


Balcony
You can access the balcony directly from the living area and from one of the bedrooms. Here, you can start or end your day on holiday in complete relaxation while enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air. The view of the greenery creates a pleasantly peaceful atmosphere and makes the balcony a lovely outdoor retreat.


Sleeping
Two separate bedrooms offer a quiet retreat for restful nights. The master bedroom features a spacious box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm, two separate mattresses). The second bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed, making it particularly well-suited for children, teenagers, or additional guests.


Both bedrooms are equipped with their own flat-screen TVs. Spacious closets provide ample room for clothes and luggage. Together with the additional sofa bed in the living area, the apartment can accommodate up to six people in total.


For families with small children, a travel cot for children up to 3 years old can be added for a fee.


To ensure your holiday begins the moment you arrive, we’ve already taken care of everything: The beds are freshly made upon your arrival, and a shower towel and a small hand towel are provided for each guest. So you can arrive, unpack, and feel completely at ease right away.


Bathroom
The modern bathroom features large-format dark natural stone tiles, light-colored bathroom fixtures, and elegant brass hardware, creating a distinctive ambiance. A walk-in shower complements the high-quality amenities and ensures pleasant comfort during your holiday.


Sauna [&] Relaxation
Even beyond the warm summer days, the villa offers the perfect setting for relaxing moments. The in-house sauna is easily accessible in a dressing gown and slippers—ideal for a relaxing break after a long walk on the beach or a day spent enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.

Location [&] Surroundings

The historic Villa Waldschloss is located in a pleasantly quiet yet central setting in the seaside resort of Bansin. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, as well as bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and small shops, are all within easy walking distance.



There is a tennis court just about 150 metres from the house. The nearby beech forest also offers excellent opportunities for walks, short discovery tours with children, or a jog through the greenery—a wonderful combination of nature, relaxation, and a central location.
