Portion of house consisting of 6 rooms of about 100 m2 on 2 floors. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with fireplace, TV (satellite), flat screen, radio, stereo system and WiFi. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer) with dining table. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bunk bed. Bathroom toilet with bidet and shower. Pets allowed.

Country house set 700 m above sea level, old stone farmhouse, semi-detached, built in 1800, surrounded by greenery in the hamlet Signorino Pistoia, about 10 km from the center, quiet and sunny position . Available land 1'000 m2, garden 60 m2. Garden furniture, barbecue. Access to the property via an exclusive road of 150 m (unpaved road). Parking at the house. Grocery store 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station 12 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km, swimming lake 20 km. Surf school 20 km, walking trails near the house. Nearby attractions: Florence 40 km, Lucca 55 km, Pisa 70 km, S.Gimignano 90 km, Montecatini Terme 20 km.

Waldidylle

Altes Bauernhaus, das restauriert wurde und mit einem anderen Gebäude zusammen praktisch auf einer Lichtung mitten im Wald steht. Ca. 50 Meter vom Haus befindet sich ein Bach, der durch den Wald fließt und in ähnlicher Entfernung die Straße. Letztere ist in der Regel ruhig, aber am Wochenende sind viele Motorräder unterwegs.Das Objekt ist ordentlich, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirr sind sauber, der Vermieter Stefano ist immer erreichbar und schnell da, falls es Probleme gibt.Das letzte Stück der Anfahrt über einen steilen Feldweg ist ein wenig anspruchsvoll - ich habe da lieber meine bessere Hälfte ans Steuer gesetzt.Direkt neben dem Haus beginnt ein Wanderweg für Fortgeschrittene, der durch den Wald führt und von dem aus man mit etwas Glück Hirsche zu sehen bekommt.Allgemein hat man natürlich im Wald mehr Kontakt mit Tieren. Gelegentlich patroulliert eine Hornisse, die aber nicht aggressiv ist, Ameisen spähen die Umgebung nach Essbarem aus, des Nachts sind Nesselfüßler im Haus unterwegs und manchmal huschen Eichhörnchen übers Dach. Alles ganz harmlos, aber man sollte sich dessen bewusst sein, dass es keine sterile Ferienanlage ist, sondern echte Natur.Dank der großzügigen Aufteilung von Haus, Terasse und Garten hat man viel Platz und muss nicht aufeinander sitzen. Alles in Allem ein angenehmes Objekt für Naturliebhaber.

Heerlijk huis op een geweldige locatie

Pros: Het huis ligt op een geweldig mooie plek. Heerlijke keuken met voldoende pannen en serviesgoed. Grote eet- en woonkamer. Maar het mooist zijn toch de grote tuinen. Veel schaduwplekken, maar ook de zon was er voldoende. De ontvangst was allerhartelijkst en vriendelijk.

Ruhiger sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Natur

Pros: Außenanlage mit Ausstattung Bach am Haus Ausblick vom Haus. Kamin bzw Pizzaofen. Angenehmes Klima bei heißen Sommern. Blumen und Pflanzenvielfalt am Haus. Sehr angenehmer Vermieter. Cons: WLAN funktioniert nicht in allen Bereichen des Hauses

Heerlijk rustig prachtige lokatie

Pros: We zijn ontzettend gastvrij ontvangen door Stefano. Daarbij is hij een enorme hulp geweest met het regelen van de huurauto en het contact met de garage ivm onze kapotte auto. Huis is gezellig met een fantastische tuin. Heerlijk gelegen in de hangmat en maximaal gebruik gemaakt van de bbq. ‘S avonds komen de eekhoorns nieuwsgierig meekijken met wat er allemaal gebeurt. Cons: Wifi viel vaak uit.
