Jodi was extremely easy to communicate with, she answered quickly when I asked her a question. The property was clean and well stocked with everything you need. There was plenty of space for the 7 bikes we brought from home. My grandson was very happy with all the beach toys.

This condo was very clean with a great layout. The kitchen was very well equiped to cook & serve the family of 8 we had staying there. We really enjoyed the short walk to Coligney Beach, Celebration Park, & great local restaurants. The host was great with answering any questions we had prior to our stay!

The home had everything we needed & was close to the event we were in town for which was very convenient for running back & forth. Great communication with the owner, who checked in (text) to make sure we had everything we needed.Everything was clean, very comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower (a bonus for me) I'd definitely stay with this host again, if the need were to arise.

Jodi was a great host! It was our first trip to Hilton Head and we will be back. The condo was clean and updated with quality appointments. Everything was in great working condition and most important for a first timer NO SURPRISES. This condo was very spacious (we had 6 adults) and we had plenty of room. Communication was responsive and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was fabulous. Beach access was great. The host was excellent. We were thankful that the property had plenty of beach towels to use. There were more pots/pans/dishes than most locations. For a large family it was challenging to leave by the 9:30 AM checkout time. We left at 9:33 AM. Would been nice to have a five minute "grace period" before the cleaning crew arrived. Just a bit awkward to have them insist on entering the house at 9:30 AM as were trying to leave the house with all our suitcases and coolers.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you felt rushed at checkout. Our checkout time is 9:30 a.m., and because this was one of the busiest Saturdays of the year, our cleaning team needed to begin promptly at that time. Our condo is a four-bedroom, three-bath home, which takes significantly longer to clean than a one- or two-bedroom unit. My cleaner also had four other properties scheduled that day, so staying on schedule was essential to ensure every guest could check in on time. Whenever possible, I’m always happy to offer early check-in as a courtesy to arriving guests, so it’s equally important that we have the full cleaning window between reservations. I truly appreciate your understanding and hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay. We’d be happy to welcome you back again in the future.
