Nice location but needs more bathroom facilities.

The property is well located but does involve steps. Furniture could do with upgrade. Bathrooms need more facilities / upgrading. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

Payment confusion

The view from the apartment was spectacular! We were within an easy walk of the marina/seaside. The check in process was awkward. As I understood the information from Novasol, we owed the hosts a cash payment for occupancy taxes and cleaning at the end of the stay. That was incorrect. We needed to pay those fees upon check in. The hosts spoke broken English and we spoke no Italian which made the miscommunication more difficult to work out. Fortunately we had family nearby who spoke fluent Italian and easy access to an ATM. Our hosts indicated that this was a common misunderstanding. With clearer communication from Novasol, our check in would have been much easier.
