The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Kitchen: Wash used dishes, remove leftover food and drinks, and turn off the stove, coffee maker, fans, air conditioners, and lights.
Bathroom and Towels: Gather used towels and leave them in the bathroom. Do not remove the bed linens. Please check that you have all personal belongings.
Trash and Keys: Place the trash in the bin next to the flag. Lock the house and gates, then return each key to its corresponding lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking and vaping are strictly **prohibited INSIDE** the house. This includes cigarettes, vape devices, and any other smoking.
Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests. Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours 10PM -6AM
Vista Serena is located on a working fruit farm. Some fruits may appear ready but are still maturing. Please do not pick fruit from trees.
