The open, air-conditioned living room receives plenty of light through the large windows overlooking the terrace in front of the house. It consists of a sitting area with a sofa set in front of the TV, a dining area with a table, and an open kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Directly in front of the living room is an adjoining terrace with a table, chairs, and an outdoor grill. It is covered by a fixed roof structure. Directly in front of the house is an irregularly shaped private pool with approximately 30 m² of surface area and a small waterfall. There is also an outdoor shower and a water spigot with a sink. There are lounge chairs on the lawn next to the pool. The property consists of two sections: one where the holiday home is located, and a second where the homeowner lives. Both sections have separate entrances, so you can enjoy complete privacy, while the owner is available to answer any questions.

This detached holiday home with a garden and private pool is located in a quiet area in Marčana, just about a 10-minute drive from the airport and a 15-minute drive from the centre of the well-known tourist town of Pula. The private property is located 100 metres from the main road. On the other side of the main road, a ten-minute walk away, is the town centre with small shops, a market, supermarkets, a post office, and an ATM. Internet access is available at the local bar. The excellent restaurants Luna and Vesna, whose owners serve delicious Istrian cheese, are just a five-minute drive away. Since the nearest highway exit is a ten-minute drive away, it’s easy to explore the Istrian Peninsula from the villa. It’s well worth visiting the historic city centre of Pula or Brijuni National Park. The nearest beach in Duga Uvala is about a 15-minute drive away. The beautiful beaches of Pula are also perfect for swimming and sunbathing. During the summer months of July and August, numerous festivals take place in the area.
