A comfortable living area with comfortable sofas invites you to sit together under large skylights, which steal the show with their view of the flat-screen TV, which of course must not be missing. In addition, a cosy divan offers a snug retreat for reading and putting your feet up, or can serve as an additional sleeping accommodation if required. The fully equipped kitchen island shines in a simple, modern design and offers an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker as well as all other common utensils needed for a successful cooking evening.

The two bedrooms are cosy and furnished with comfortable double beds and offer enough storage space for your clothes and luggage in large wardrobes. From the two balconies you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and can enjoy the fresh air and the sun to the fullest.

To keep your car safe in all weathers, the flat has its own underground parking space. There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you can use your own washing machine and dryer.
