Alles notwendige vorhandenDie Balkone sind unsauber und nicht gepflegt, die Bodenplatten z.T. lose.Das gesamte Haus macht auch von außen einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck. Der Stellplatz ist praktisch nicht nutzbar für normale PKWFür diese gesamten Einschränkungen um die Wohnung herum ist die Wohnung zu teuer
