Ideal for up to 4 people, it’s the perfect choice for families and couples.<br><br>The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a fully enclosed, well-equipped kitchen where you can let your culinary creativity run wild. The kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and even a microwave, making cooking a pleasure. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker ensure your daily comfort. <br><br>The cosy living room not only offers quick access to the southeast-facing balcony—complete with balcony furniture and an awning—where you can enjoy the fresh lake breeze, but also features a corner sofa bed (140x200 cm), an armchair, and a flat-screen TV.<br>The dining area is also located in the living room and seats up to 4 people at the cosy dining table with dining chairs.<br>On this level, you’ll also find the bathroom with a shower, toilet, a lighted mirror, and a heated towel rack.<br><br>The holiday rental features a bedroom located on the second level (accessible via a staircase), which is furnished with a comfortable double bed (two separate mattresses, each 90x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a TV.<br>Blackout pleated blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep. Opposite the bedroom is a guest bathroom.<br><br>The location of the Wiesenweg house couldn’t be better: You’re just 200 metres from the fine sandy beach—the ideal spot for relaxing days in the sun or refreshing swims in the clear water. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find everything you need for daily life, from shopping (about 1,200 m away) to restaurants and cafés. The city centre is also just 800 m away, where you can discover charming boutiques and lively marketplaces. <br><br>A parking space is reserved for you at the house. Unfortunately, there is no bicycle parking.<br>This is a non-smoking apartment.
