Welcome to Grand Island Getaway! This spacious 6,000+ sq. ft. home is perfect for families and groups traveling together. With 6 bedrooms, 11 beds, 2 living rooms, a separate game area, 2 refrigerators and 2 stoves, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay.

The highlight of the home is the private indoor pool, reaching 9 feet deep and featuring a diving board. Challenge each other to a game of snooker, relax in the fenced backyard, gather around the firepit, or enjoy the covered patio with outdoor seating. A smoker is also available for guest use.

The home sleeps 16+ guests and offers plenty of space for large families, groups and get-togethers while still giving everyone room to relax.

For guest safety and property security, there are three Ring security cameras located at the exterior entry doors. The cameras monitor exterior entrance areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.

Please note: The garage is not available for guest use. Driveway and designated outdoor parking are available.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load dirty dishes into dishwasher. Pile all used towels on hallway floor by each bedroom. Please remove all personal belongings, food and trash.
Please leave the pool area picked up, pile all used towels on pool floor. Please make sure pool door is kept shut.
Please make sure all doors and windows are closed & locked before leaving. Turn off all lights. Reset thermostat to 74°.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass, running or unsafe diving in pool area. Pool and diving board used at own risk.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved by the host in advance. No parties or events.
Please respect the home and neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. No excessive noise or disruptive behavior.
