Spend your days boating, fishing or simply enjoying the peaceful lake setting. Atop the flat top dock is a sink and grill to sit and enjoy whether you are an early riser to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises or to sit and relax after the days activities of swimming or floating around the docks. Kayaks, motor boats can be launched at the properties boat ramp.

There is also a 20 foot above ground pool 48 inches in height to relax close to the house.

Being on the water was a dream of mine and having our own private nook on the lake is an amazing place. Having a boat ramp and 2 docks makes it even better for water activities. its a nice and quiet neighborhood with amazing people

Our 3 story Cape Cod lake house offers peaceful, semi private waterfront setting on Little Emory/Watts Bar, with 2 private boat dock sand a semi private boat ramp for easy lake access. With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, two full kitchens, plenty of gathering space, our home is ideal for families and groups traveling together. Guest can enjoy beautiful lake views, boating, fishing, swimming and relaxing - all from the comfort of one spacious lake front retreat.
