This modern, 240-square-meter, light-filled dream holiday home is located just about seven kilometres from Lake Chiemsee, in a very quiet setting in the small town of Wolkersdorf. It features underfloor heating, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a living room, and a wellness area with a view of the Chiemgau Alps. The house features two large terraces, a small garden, and a double garage. Up to eight guests (ten including children; additional space for toddlers with a cot is available) can find a home away from home here in Wolkersdorf near Traunstein for the best time of the year.
The furnishings are new and of very high quality. In the wellness room with a view of the mountains, our guests will find not only a sauna but also an exercise bike and various small pieces of exercise equipment. A fireplace in the dining room creates a cosy atmosphere.
The Chiemgau region offers great opportunities for an active holiday all year round, no matter the weather. And if you’d like to take it easy for a change, relax in our cosy Swiss stone pine sauna, play one of the many board games, browse our library, or flip through the many travel and hiking guides for the surrounding area. Cook at your leisure in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the spacious house and the crackling fireplace. The spacious house allows you to spend plenty of time together while still ensuring that everyone can find their own private retreat.
Enjoy our home, which we love and use regularly ourselves. We ask that you treat the high-quality furnishings with care. The house is not suitable for party groups, as we have immediate neighbors.
