This 80 m² two-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Building F, right on the beachfront. It is designed to accommodate 2 people.

Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by lift or via the stairs.
The inviting entryway, featuring a coat rack and a large mirror, leads you directly to the bright and welcoming bedroom on your right. The room is furnished with a box-spring double bed, a wardrobe, and a large flat-screen TV. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find the bathroom on your right. Here, a bathtub and a shower await you—the perfect holiday vibe!
But the heart of the apartment is still waiting for you—the living area! It features an open, modern built-in kitchen, a lovely dining area with four chairs, and a cosy sofa nook. From the living room, you can enjoy a fantastic ocean view. So you can either enjoy the view through the large picture window or wind down the day with an exciting film on the large flat-screen TV! You can also access the sunny south-facing balcony from the living area. Two lounge chairs and a balcony table with seating for four are waiting for you!

The beach is just a few steps away from your holiday rental!

The clearance height of the underground car park is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism office, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
