Luxury Retreat for Families, Corporate Incentives, and Events.

The ground floor features a large, open-concept designer kitchen (fully equipped). The dining table comfortably seats 8 people.
The adjacent living room, with its open fireplace and large lounge sofa, invites you to relax. Finally, this floor also features a guest bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower.
The ground floor features 5 bedrooms; 4 of them are nearly identical in size (approx. 25 sqm) and are furnished with double beds measuring 180x200 cm. The fifth bedroom is a small room furnished with a bed measuring 140x200 cm. One of the larger rooms is furnished with a changing table and a cot. Three rooms have their own satellite TV. A PlayStation 4 is available. The attic level features two additional bedrooms of equal size. The beds measure 180x200 and 200x200. The master bathroom features a double sink, a bathtub with a TV, and a wellness shower (rain shower).
Roller shutters in all bedrooms. Satellite TV available; underfloor heating; high-speed internet (250 Mbps) throughout the house; the street-facing side is completely screened by a tall hedge.
There is always plenty of free parking available on the street.
The large, sunny garden is a paradise for relaxing and playing. A trampoline and an XXL sandpit are sure to delight every child.
Shopping, bakeries, and petrol stations are all nearby. There are more than enough toys in the garden and inside the house.
The villa is located in a quiet and green residential area. The garden features an unheated, secluded outdoor pool (heated by solar panels in the cover depending on the intensity of the sun), which is covered by a child-safe roll-up cover. The pool will be available for use again from April through mid-October.

The house was beautiful, clean and in a good area.All of the bathrooms flood if you take a shower, The floors are not pitch correctly and there is no shower barrier on the floor to prevent water from leaving the shower area.On the last night I tried the shower in the basement. It flooded as well.My son opened a lower kitchen cabinet door and it almost fell on him. Apparently the door had been broken prior to our arrival. We should have been informed of this prior to entering the property. Instead, the owner sent me an email and accused us of breaking it and was looking for compensation. Apparently the drains in the basement shower were not working (I used it once) and she asked me why I hadn't called her and told her so they could fix them and was looking for compensation.I told her I only used it once and they should have known the drains were not working and should have told us not to used that shower. There were two other issues, my daughter had an "accident" and hid her underwear in a kitchen draw after she put it in a sealed baggie. The stairway walls got scuffed from transporting luggage. The owner was looking for compensation. We had a great trip to Germany, this owner ruined it. BTW, she admitted in writing the cabinet had been broken prior to our arrival. I told her the cleaning fees would cover scuff marks. We left the place very clean. There are interior cameras throughout the first floor (not disclosed). This proved my son did not break that door.

Es freut uns, dass Sie die Sauberkeit und Lage des Hauses sehr geschätzt haben. Ihren Kritikpunkt ( nicht richtig funktionierende Abläufe der Duschen) haben wir umgehend überprüft und sind der Ursache auf den Grund gegangen. Die Reinigungsdame hat nicht zuverlässig die Siphons der Dusche gereinigt. Die Abflüsse aller Duschen funktionieren wieder einwandfrei. Diese Unannehmlichkeit bitten wir wirklich zu entschuldigen. Für uns als Vermieter, insbesondere da wir unser Haus stets in einem einwandfreien Zustand halten möchten, ist es ärgerlich, dass der Gast unser Zuhause nicht so behandelt hat, als wäre es sein Eigenes gewesen. Das komplette Treppenhaus, war durch den unvorsichtigen Transport des Gepäcks mit zahlreichen schwarzen Streifen und Kratzen an den Wänden in seiner schönen optischen Wirkung beschädigt worden. Wir verstehen, dass kleinere Gebrauchsspuren nicht immer zu vermeiden sind, aber in diesem Fall, waren es einfach zu viele. Zu dem Thema verunreinigte Unterwäsche in einer Küchenschublade ( wo Lebensmittel gelagert waren) möchte ich garnicht näher eingehen. Sowas gehört sich einfach nicht! Zu dem Thema Innenkameras, können wir versichern, dass diese immer vor Ankunft des Gastes deaktiviert werden. Der Schutz der Privatsphäre unserer Gäste hat für uns oberste Priorität. Um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden, werden die Kameras zukünftig auch noch abgeklebt. Wir haben von dem Gast nie eine Entschädigung verlangt, wir hatten nur versucht, dass Gespräch zu suchen, warum man trotz der Nachfrage bei Abreise (funktioniert etwas im Haus nicht, ist etwas kaputt gegangen) zu den hier niedergeschriebenen Kritikpunkten keine Angaben bekommen hatte. Wir versuchen unser Haus stets in einen einwandfreien Zustand dem Gast zur Verfügung zu stellen. Sollten Probleme entstehen, sind wir immer bemüht sofort eine Lösung finden.
