The property is beautiful, clean, and comfortable and was a great home base for our large family group with several kids. Beckenreid is a lovely, quiet town and we loved the free public beach and kids pool just down the road. However, one reason we booked this property was that laundry machine is listed in the amenities section, which is an error. There is no laundry machine available to guests. Additionally, there was no communication with the host. The host never replied to any of my multiple messages on the VRBO app and did not answer the phone when I called the number provided. I never received check in instructions and when we arrived, I had to ask one of the cleaners who happened to be finishing up cleaning to let us in. There were also no check out instructions provided. Overall, this is a fantastic property and has the potential to be a wonderful stay, but management and communication could have been much better.

Es ist eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, die nah am See liegt und in der Nähe ein öffentlicher Strandzugang ist, sodass wir eine gute Zeit hatten als wir schlussendlich dort waren. Leider ist die Anzeige bei Fewodie nicht korrekt. Es gab weder eine Waschmaschine noch eine Klimaanlage was aber beschrieben ist. Aber das Hauptproblem Ist, dass es über Monate keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gab. Wir wussten bis 1 Stunde bevor wir angereist sind nicht , wie wir überhaupt in die Wohnung kommen und ob diese überhaupt existiert. Wir mussten Fewo einschalten nach 7 nicht beantworteten Nachrichten und Telefonanrufen. So etwas hatten wir noch nie erlebt. Die Kommunikation ist so schlecht, dass man die von der Wohnung klar abraten muss.

Tolle Aufenthalt mit Baustelle!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden, nur wegen Renovierungsarbeiten bin ich enttäuscht. Überall hat das Haus mit Gerüst, und Bauarbeitern arbeitet um 7 Uhr mit Hammer arbeiten, das schlimmste war meine Tochter hat in der Toilettenfenster einen Bauarbeiter Augen kontaktiert. Wenn der Firma hat uns vorher über die Umbau mitgeteilten, hätte ich woanders mieten
