This apartment is located in the rear section of the holiday home, has its own entrance, and is designed to accommodate 4 guests. The larger bedroom offers the option of adding a rollaway bed for a fifth guest.

WassForests, pure nature—all of this is within walking distance of the Langen Haus Lychen. By bike, you can reach the small town of Fürstenberg, as well as the slightly more distant Templin, in just over an hour via the paved and well-marked paths of the Tour Brandenburg.
But whether you’re returning to our holiday rental from a bike ride, a canoe trip, or a day at the beach, you can recharge in our stylishly furnished apartment and simply relax with your family or friends.
The nearby supermarket, as well as a canoe rental and bike rental, are all easily accessible on foot.

The well-equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor and is perfect for cooking and dining together. An open wooden staircase leads up to the spacious living room, which features a sofa, a smart TV, and a desk area suitable for working.
Both bathrooms are equipped with their own toilet, sink, and either a shower or a shower/tub combination.
The master bedroom, which features a large double bed and the option to add an extra bed, is also equipped with its own TV with satellite reception—unlike the smaller bedroom, which has two single beds.

Bed linens and towels can be booked on-site for €8 per person for bed linens and €6 per person for towels.

For stays of 7 nights or more, you’ll receive a 10% discount on the room rate for the entire booking period!
And for long-term guests staying 4 weeks or longer, you’ll receive a 20% discount!

Please note that Lychen is a spa town. The visitor’s tax must be paid in cash on site and is not included in the booking.
