This dream holiday rental was built in 2023 and is located on the upper floor in the heart of Mittenwald; it was awarded a 5-star rating in May 2024. Spanning 110 square metres, it offers everything a holidaymaker could wish for: two bedrooms with raised beds open at the foot for guests of all ages, two spacious new bathrooms with walk-in showers, a large living area, a fully equipped, high-end kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, and, of course, the stunning, furnished rooftop terrace with views stretching across all of Mittenwald up to the Kranzberg.

The central yet quiet location offers an excellent setting: just two minutes to the supermarket, bus station, or the nearest restaurants, and a mere five-minute walk to the beautiful, historic Obermarkt with its many sights.

We have a private parking space in the underground garage for your car, complete with a wall box for electric vehicles—if you’d rather travel by train, no problem; it’s just a 7–8-minute walk from the Mittenwald train station directly to the house.

The apartment also includes a storage room for e-bikes (with a charging port), ski gear, and similar items.

Check-in is quick and easy via a key box, so you’re welcome to arrive later without needing to coordinate with us.
