O apartamento não atendeu às nossas expectativas

Falta manutenção, as lâmpadas estão caindo, e muitas não funcionam. Não tem internet, não tem microondas, as acomodações não estavam como nas fotos...não tinha beliche! Deixou a desejar...senti o lugar bem abandonado e era difícil encontrar o zelador. O ponto positivo é que fica próximo a mercados e uns 4 quarteirões da praia, mas podiam cuidar melhor do apto!

Apartamento Amplo e aconchegante

Ótimo apartamento ficamos em 9 pessoas de forma confortável, 3 banheiros e ventilador em todos os quartos alem da sala, cobertura enorme com churrasqueira, da para ir caminhando até a Praia Grande cerca de 7 minutos a rua fica no centro da praia grande, o Sr Antonio é muito prestativo. Recomendo. Espero voltar outras vezes. Grato.

Apartamento bem espaçoso, limpeza impecável. A Sr.ª Valéria estava no apartamento ao lado e se prontificava rapidamente para qualquer eventualidade. Tivemos pequenos problemas pontuais com relação a manutenção, como válvulas de descarga vazando (pouco) e maçaneta de porta solta. Coisas de simples resolução que tenho certeza que já foram cuidadas. É ideal para acomodação de famílias (a única sugestão que faria era a inclusão de telas de proteção nas sacadas do andar inferior, a exemplo do andar superior). Com mercados, farmácia, padaria e outras facilidades nas redondezas, facilita eventuais incursões para adquirir produtos necessários.

A localização é ótima, a tres minutos da praia indo a pé e tem uma boa infra estrutura com mercadinhos, padaria, banca de jornal e posto de gasolina bem próximos do condomínio. Ideal para família e apropriado para descanso sem bagunça. A cobertura é muito espaçosa ampla é confortável, tudo conforme a desrição do anuncio.
