I rent a townhouse that sleeps 12 people: (I own another townhouse next door with 4 bedrooms that sleeps 12 people in bed. Ad code is 7350877)
It is located at Rua Paderewsky, 195 - Perequê-Açú, Ubatuba. Central region of Ubatuba (800 meters from the center and 505 meters from the beach). One block ahead there is a Lan House, tavern, pizzeria, bakery, pharmacy and gas station (24 Hours).

Ground floor:
          - Garage for 4 cars (Popular) and gourmet area with barbecue, tables and chairs.
- Living room with 42 'LCD TV, and two sofas with 2 and 3 seats, an extra double mattress to put on the floor and a ceiling fan.
- 1 bathroom with ceiling coating.
- Dining room with table, 6 chairs, 2 stools and ceiling fan.
- Kitchen with duplex refrigerator, 4-burner stove, microwave, blender and complete kitchen utensils (Dishes, cutlery, glasses, molds, pots, etc..).
