About this property

The villa is a 15-minute walk from the town center, the beach, the equestrian center, the shops, the forest... It's a family home (for 60 years) and we want the tenants to use it as they do at home... and not to do. We listen to all our regular tenants (some for nearly 10 years!) to improve what is possible... but there are things impossible to leave at disposal: theft and misuse or cleaning.
It is therefore mandatory to clean the house before leaving. Thank you very much.
