Our 80 m² holiday apartment sleeps 4 people and is located in the annex with its own entrance. If needed, this apartment could be expanded to include an additional bedroom on the second floor. The spacious apartment features a cosy kitchen-living room with a sofa, dining area, wall-to-wall cabinets, and a flat-screen TV, as well as free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The spacious bathroom, featuring a shower, bathtub, toilet, and bathroom cabinet set, rounds out the overall experience. Non-smoking apartment. Our guesthouse is located on the edge of the forest, nestled among rolling hills and a natural stream. A large lawn with several covered seating areas and a garden grill promise a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, and the nearby lakes offer numerous water sports opportunities. The village playground and a Kneipp facility are located in the immediate vicinity, as well as a direct bike path connection to the lakes. A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on site in cash or by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. A cot can be provided upon request (5 EUR per night). Breakfast is 12 EUR per person per day, optional. The visitor’s tax of 1.50 EUR per person (ages 18 and up) per night will be charged separately on site. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning.
