Welcome to the “An der Bäke” vacation home! Our vacation townhouse complex consists of a total of five individual vacation homes, numbered alphabetically from House A to House E. Each of our lovingly designed apartments offers you a comfortable temporary home, making your stay in the charming surroundings of Ammerland an unforgettable experience.

Your accommodation in detail:
Our vacation apartments feature a cozy and well-thought-out floor plan. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with an open kitchen and a dining table for four, where you can enjoy meals together. On the first floor is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and the bathroom. Upstairs under the roof, our youngest guests will find a charming room with two single beds.

Each of our vacation apartments has its own entrance and a private terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air to the fullest. Of course, we offer free Wi-Fi in all apartments as well as a TV for relaxing evenings.

Our kitchens are fully equipped to ensure a hassle-free stay. House A and House E have an oven, while House B, C, and D feature a dishwasher instead. The refrigerators in all apartments have a 3-star freezer compartment. A washing machine, a drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board are available in the utility room, along with fresh towels.

A secure bike shed is available for your bicycles, where you can store up to four bikes. Additional bikes can also be accommodated, so you can comfortably explore the beautiful surroundings by bike.

The Region and Your Options:
Our vacation rentals are located right in the center of Bad Zwischenahn, in the heart of the Ammerland park landscape, directly on Lower Saxony’s third-largest inland lake, and just a stone’s throw from the Netherlands. Within walking distance (approx. 200 m), you’ll find many restaurants, small shops, and the spa park right on the Zwischenahner Meer.

The surrounding area offers about 380 kilometers of well-marked hiking and biking trails through the fascinating moorland, along the Zwischenahner Meer, past blooming nurseries, and beautifully landscaped private gardens. Among the main attractions are the lake itself, the charming little town with its shops and restaurants, the numerous cycling trails, the museum village in Bad Zwischenahn, the unique “Park of Gardens,” and day trips to Oldenburg or the North Sea.

Arrival and Stay:
You will receive arrival instructions in advance via email, and key pickup is hassle-free via a key box on-site. The accommodation is available to you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and you can arrive flexibly until midnight. Check-out is possible by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
