Unwind in Water Valley at this marvelous house. With three comfortable bedrooms, including a cozy bunk bed and two queen beds, guests find plenty of space to relax. The single bathroom features a refreshing shower and a handy hair dryer for convenience. Stay cool with air conditioning throughout the home, making every moment enjoyable. Whether you’re resting after a day of adventure or gathering for a quiet evening, this superb house offers a welcoming atmosphere. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

If you want to rent a UTV we have one available for rent $250 for the day. (sign waiver pay ahead with a $100 deposit which will be given back at end of rental period)

If you want to burn on the propane bonfire pit you can purchase a propane tank from us for $35.

Freedom to farm, enjoy plants and animals, be in nature by huge lakes and recreation, hunting, fishing, ole miss, play music all night and God lead us.

What makes this property unique

Experience, not only newly built Tiny Retreat, with a full size kitchen and living room, we also have a pong and pool table, but come and feed the emus too!

Enjoy Lake Enid, within minutes & unwind in this nature escape getaway.

Explore & Enjoy, Oxford, Mississippi, 30 minutes away. The night sky is majestic & glorious! You'll leave changed!
