Liebe Verwaltung, liebe Vermieter, zunächst erst einmal darf ich sagen, dass das Ferienobjekt ein..
Liebe Verwaltung, liebe Vermieter,
zunächst erst einmal darf ich sagen, dass das Ferienobjekt eine wirklich tolle Immobilie ist, ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe und mir gut vorstellen kann wiederzukommen. Gerne möchte ich Ihnen aufzählen, was mir während der vergangenen Tage in der Wohnung aufgefallen ist, was Sie aber bitte nicht als Nörgelei verstehen dürfen, sondern als Ergebnis nüchtern-pragmatischer Beobachtungen.
Zunächst, es gib ein wenig Instandsetzungsbedarf:
- Die Küchenarmatur ist sehr locker.
- Die Geschirrablage ist kaputt.
- Die linke Plastikschiene in der Dusche (wenn man von außen auf die Dusche schaut links) saß nicht fest, als ich das erste Mal geduscht habe, ich musste sie erst einhaken unter der linken Duschschiebewand, evtl. ist das nur provisorisch. Die beiden Duschwände lassen sich generell recht schwer schieben.
.- Es müsste die Elekrik im Wohnungsflur (vor dem Bad) geprüft werden. Jeweils abends, vielleicht so zwischen 21.00 und 22.00 Uhr, ging das Licht im Flur von allein an und kurze Zeit später auch von allein wieder aus. (Oder gibt es einen Hausgeist? ;-))
- Im Schlafzimmer ist die linke Schubladenblende des Fernsehtischchens locker.
- Der Kühlschrank ist intervallartig sehr laut (und strapaziert die Nerven), evtl. ist er nicht mehr in Ordnung.
Es gibt auch Reinigungsbedarf:
- Die tolle rote Teppichware benötigt eine Reinigung, hier v.a. im Schlafzimmer neben dem linken Sessel (großer dunkler Fleck) oder auch im Treppenhaus.
- Teilweise sind die Gardinenstore fleckig, so z.B. der Stor neben der Küchenzeile.
- In der Wohnung waren mehrere Kleidermotten, u.a. hinter dem Stor im Bad.
Und noch etwas zu mir als Gast: Ich habe einen (leeren) Koffer, der mir auf der Hinreise kaputt ging, in der Wohnung lassen müssen, weil ich nicht wusste, wie und wo ich ihn entsorgen kann. Ich bitte deshalb vielmals um Entschuldigung. Und ich bedanke mich sehr vorab für die Entsorgung!

Wünschenswerte Ergänzungen der Ausstattung:
- Eine Aufhängungsmöglichkeit für feuchte Duschtücher wäre toll, v.a., wenn mehrere Personen in der Wohnung wohnen. Ich habe meine feuchten Duschtücher notgedrungen an den Griffen an den Duschwänden aufgehangen.
- Sinnvoll wäre auch ein Ganzkörperspiegel.
- In der Küche wäre ein Messerschärfer und etwas hochwertigere Küchenmesser wunderbar.
