Motor access to 100 m from the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. 100 m stepped path (60 steps) to the house. Communal covered parking space n 13 at 100 m. Dimension: height 195 cm. Shop 900 m, grocery 400 m, restaurant, bakery 100 m, café, bus stop "Savoleyres" 100 m, indoor swimming pool 1.8 km. Tennis 1.8 km, riding stable 1.8 km, sports centre 1.8 km, chair lift 1.9 km, gondola lift 100 m, ski school 1.5 km, children's playground 900 m. Free ski bus service to the ski region Médran 1.4km and Carrefour 1.9km. Please note: nightclub/disco 900 m from the property.

Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/shower/WC. Oil heating. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Carpet. Large balcony. Beautiful view. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi).
