In the middle of the picturesque Istrian landscape, surrounded by enchanting nature, you will find the historic town of Buje, which was settled as early as the Bronze Age. This hilly area was planted with olive groves ages ago, and this has remained unchanged to this day. The location in which the town is situated guarantees a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, but for those who feel like visiting the attractions of northwestern Istria, Umag is only a short drive away from Buje. Numerous historical sights, miles of coastline, Venetian houses and baroque churches are just a sample of what Umag offers its visitors.
