Holiday home on the dike for a large family
Located right on the dike along the Prerow Strom, the house is designed to accommodate several families of friends. Five bedrooms, a large living area with a kitchen and dining table for 10 people, 4 bathrooms, and a sauna (coin-operated). The 1,000-square-meter property features a large lawn for running around, playing, or sunbathing and is surrounded on one side by tall trees. It’s located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and a supermarket and bakery are right around the corner.

Management and booking are handled by the Darsser FeWo Agency, located very close to the house.

Our top recommendation for dining out in the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow is “GenussKultur” alVino
(Waldstr. 42), featuring Mediterranean fusion cuisine, exquisite wines, and other delicacies
(It’s a good idea to reserve a table by calling038233-718035)

Optional services:
- 1 dog: 77.50 EUR per stay
- 1 set of bed linens & towels for one person: 22.14 EUR per stay
