Our comfortable holiday apartment, “Seebrise,” is located on the ground floor and is barrier-free except for a single step at the entrance. The living/dining area, together with the large covered terrace, offers a magnificent view of Lake Schwerin with its ever-changing scenery. <br>The two identical bedrooms are each furnished with two comfortable box-spring beds at standard height, arranged as double beds. <br>A washing machine and dryer make it possible to enjoy a longer holiday stay.<br>The living/dining area is spacious and furnished with a beautiful built-in kitchen, dining table, and a sofa area—mostly featuring solid wood furniture.<br>Schwerin Castle and the city centre are within walking distance, and there’s an Italian restaurant right in the neighborhood<br>A holiday rental that’s centrally located in a beautiful state capital yet still offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. A unique feature that’s hard to find.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, ziemlich nah zur Altstadt und trotzdem totale Ruhe.
