Beautiful apartment, immaculate condition, and Perfect location in Mittenwald. I would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate to return to Germany again! This is likely the nicest place to be found in Mittenwald.

Karwendeloase, Mittenwald

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr herausgehobene Ausstattung, die wir wirklich schätzten, allerdings hätten wir eine persönliche Einführung in manche technische Eigenheiten gebraucht,z.B. elektr. Rollos, sog. Smart TV Fernbedienung (wir mussten erst ein Erkärvideo anschauen!), Bleuchtung der Küchenzeile war "ausserirdisch" zu bedienen. Einen zweiten Wohnungsschlüssel fanden wir erst bei der Rückgabe im winzigen Schlüsselfach vor (wir brauchten mindestens 5 Minuten, bis es sich wieder schliessen ließ, war voll stressig!). Eine grundsätzliche Bemerkung: Heutzutage ist eine kontaktlose Übergabe kein Qualitätsmerkmal mehr! Einige elementare Ausstattungsgegenstände, die wir von vielen gehobenen Fewos gewöhnt sind, haben gefehlt, wie z.B. Spülmittel oder Filtertüten. Die Geschirrtücher waren nur in Topflappenformat vorhanden. Großes Lob aber für die geräumigen Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage und die vorbildliche Mülltrennung. Soweit unsere persönlichen Erfahrungen!
