Located in the Cyriaxweimar area of Marburg, this lovingly built, eco-friendly residence offers a peaceful setting, slightly removed from the city. The nearby nature reserve is perfect for long walks. The charming city centre area of Marburg is just a few minutes away by car or bike (charging stations for cars and e-bikes are available).<br><br>The Accommodation<br>The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of our family home. At the back of the garden, a private staircase and terrace lead to the unit’s separate entrance. Here, you enter the open, light-filled living area with a dining area, kitchen, sofa, and workspace. To the left of the entryway is a bedroom with a double bed (sleeping area 160x200 cm). The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area for up to two additional guests (sleeping area 140x200 cm). At the back of the apartment is a small bedroom with a single bunk bed and the bathroom.<br>Guest Access<br>In addition to the spacious living area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, there is a private terrace directly adjacent to the entrance, as well as an outdoor seating area available in the summer. Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the house. If you’d like to charge an electric car, you’re welcome to do so at the charging station in the carport (at cost).<br><br>Additional Important Information<br>The residence was completed at the end of 2023. Only eco-friendly and natural building materials were used, including hemp and cellulose insulation, wood, clay plaster, and clay ceiling heating.<br>We, a family with five children and a dog, live in the other part of the 400-square-meter house. We also have three rabbits and 23 chickens in the garden, who love to lay eggs for breakfast :-).
