Hebron Estate offers amenities for up to 12 people in our spacious two-story, 5-bedroom home with a movie theatre room and pool house, which is the perfect blend of luxury and convenience for the whole family!



When you're not out on the town, you'll want to spend all your time in the backyard! Swim, drive, or shoot hoops in the pool. Lounge around the water or in the pool house, which is complete with a sectional, TV, and grill. Or play yard games, soccer, or basketball with your crew.



Our main living room is complete with comfy seating, a large Smart TV, and high ceilings. This is the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee. Our open-concept kitchen has everything you'll need and a table for 6. The nearby formal dining area has another table for 6.



Upstairs is our Movie theatre room! Enjoy another living space, HUGE Smart TV, and raised couches for a real movie theatre experience.



When it's time to settle down for the night, choose from any of our 5 bedrooms.

On the main floor:

(1) Our Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub.

(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

Upstairs:

(3) Our third bedroom has a King-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and an en suite bathroom that connects to the movie theatre room.

(4) Our fourth bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, and an en suite bathroom that shares a shower area with bedroom 5.

(5) Our fifth bedroom has two Queen-size beds, a closet, and an en suite bathroom that shares a shower area with bedroom 4.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house (excluding the garage and detached garage), all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Please note the owners of the home may go by the detached garage to pick up items. The outdoor pool is scheduled to close for the season Mid-October.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located just minutes from everything Uptown Rogers has to offer, we invite you to catch a concert at the Amp, do a little shopping at the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, challenge your friends to a healthy competition of Topgolf, or hop on the extensive Razorback Greenway for a walk, run or bike ride.



Getting Around:

Public Transit, bike trails, and ride share available.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★ Guests may use only the far‑right stall of the garage, which accommodates a single vehicle. Additional cars may be parked in the circle drive by the front entrance, which can hold up to 8 vehicles.

★ Please be aware that the pool may require servicing during your stay. While we make every effort to schedule maintenance before check‑in, circumstances may occasionally require a vendor to perform service while guests are present.

★ The pool is scheduled to close for the season in mid‑October.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
