Appartement an der Alten Linde

This bright, spacious, and newly built ground-floor apartment—with a garden and a private parking space right outside the front door—offers a comfortable living space spread over three floors.

There are two separate bedrooms (for stays with 3 or more guests), an open-concept living room with an open kitchen, and access to a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the old linden tree of Weil. A modern bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower is also at your disposal. Towels and bed linens are included.

Please note that if there are only two guests, the bedroom in the basement is not normally available. However, it can be used upon request for an additional fee.



The apartment features a lovely small garden, perfect for relaxing. It is completely enclosed by a fence. Enjoy breakfast or dinner at sunset on the terrace next to the old linden tree.

A grill is not provided.

The ideal starting point for your excursions to Kaltenberg (5 km), Landsberg am Lech (10 km), Lake Ammersee (18 km), Augsburg (30 km), or Munich (50 km).



Note: A security deposit of 100 euros in cash must be paid upon arrival.



Apartment at the Old Linden Tree:

This spacious and modernly furnished apartment spans two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, fully equipped kitchen that has everything you could want, along with a living/dining area, access to the terrace with a small garden, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The cosy bedroom is located on the ground floor and is accessible via a staircase.
In addition to a double bed, this room features a seating area, a small closet, and a desk. The large windows offer a beautiful view of the greenery, the old linden tree, and the small garden.

For groups of 3 or more people, an additional bedroom is available in the basement. It is also accessible via a staircase. Upon request, the beds here can be moved apart. When the apartment is occupied by 2 people, the bedroom in the basement is not available. However, it can be used upon request for an additional fee.



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
