This place exceeded my expectations — it's even better than the photos show. Brand-new, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and the surrounding area felt wonderfully serene — perfect for unwinding. The host was an excellent communicator and made the whole stay effortless from start to finish. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Host profile image

Hi, I’m Silviya. I love the peace, beauty, and wide-open landscapes of northwest Arizona. I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring the mountains and desert, and creating spaces that feel calm, welcoming, and restorative.

My family and I live next door, so we’re nearby if you need anything during your stay, while still giving you complete privacy. I’m always happy to help with local recommendations, questions, or anything that can make your visit more comfortable.

Why they chose this property

We chose this area because it offers the best of both worlds: peaceful desert living with beautiful mountain views, sunsets, and dark skies, while still being easy to access and close to Kingman.

We especially love being about 20 minutes from Hualapai Mountain Park, where the scenery changes completely to pine-covered mountains, hiking trails, wildlife, and cooler temperatures. The quiet, open space here feels removed from the city without actually being difficult to reach.

What makes this property unique

This is a brand-new 2-bedroom home set in a peaceful desert landscape with wide-open mountain views, beautiful sunsets, and exceptional stargazing.

What makes it especially appealing is the combination of privacy and convenience. Guests can enjoy a quiet rural setting while being less than a mile from the highway, about 20 minutes from Hualapai Mountain Park and Silver Springs, and roughly 20–25 minutes from historic Kingman and Route 66.

It’s a comfortable home base for relaxing, exploring northwest Arizona, taking day trips, or settling in for a longer stay.
