About this property

Beautiful independent cottage is distinguished by a beautiful living room, open to the kitchen, whose glass door opens onto an adjoining private & fenced garden. It can accommodate up to 4 people in its two bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine) and has an adjoining utility room with washing machine and dryer. Smart TV in living room & powerful WIFI.

The accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Quenecan forest with its many paths suitable for discovering by trail or mountain bike. Guerlédan Lake with its hiking, trail and mountain biking trails is 7km away. For cyclists, the Nantes to Brest canal can be reached at 5km and the famous stage of the Tour de France at Mur de Bretagne Guerlédan is 10km away. The property is semi-detached to the owners', but there is outdoor space at the front.
Parking is right in front of the cottage.

On the gite complex there is also a Home Gym chalet with bodybuilding equipment to be used under your own supervision (warning: Children not allowed) and foam rollers can be made available if needed after long outings.

Other remarks:
The lodgings are completely cleaned on each departure and before arrival by a professional cleaning lady.
