Hand-selected for an upcoming episode of StayCation (airing October 2026), welcome to Urban Vista! One of six luxury Alpine A-Frames in Chattanooga Valley, this 3BR, 3BA cabin blends modern design with vaulted wood ceilings and an open layout. Perched on a bluff with sweeping 180° Lookout Mountain views, it also features friendly on-site goats guests can feed and enjoy—an unforgettable stay made for relaxing, gathering, and soaking in the scenery.

Our Favorite Things:

Not only does this home reside in a stunning location, but it is also VERY conveniently located only 12 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga! The back balcony deck is a comfortable retreat to take in the views of Lookout Mountain while gathering around the gas fire place with your family. Clean lines, deep colors, and gorgeous modern furnishings throughout surround you, providing a sense of calm and respite. Take in the phenomenal 180-degree views from the hot tub and enjoy the impressive theater room with a projector, full double bunks, and a foosball table! An added bonus is that there are smart TV's in every bedroom and there is high speed internet available with 250 MBPS. Lastly, this home is very family friendly! There is a pack n'play provided at the house, extra plasticware in the kitchen for kids, games downstairs, a stair gate on the main level and white noise machines in every bedroom!



There are 4-5 adorable friendly goats that come right up to the back porch of the A-Frame down by the hot tub. You are welcome to pet them and love on them through the fence! We leave a complimentary bag of grain for our guests to feed them during your stay. Ring the bell and they will know you have grain!



Home Layout:

As you come in the front entryway, on the right is the laundry room, and on the left if the Queen bedroom with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. Directly across from the bedroom there is a full bathroom with a standing tile shower. As you continue down the hallway, you will find the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and instant views of the mountain scenery. Through the sliding glass doors is the back balcony deck with plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and more tongue and groove wood walls and ceilings. Up the stairs you will find a cozy King loft bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, standing shower, and closet space. Head downstairs and there is a theater room with a projector, full double bunk beds, and a foosball table! Several board games are provided. The final King bedroom is also downstairs with an ensuite bathroom and tub/shower comb. This bedroom offers glass sliding doors to capitalize on the views and through those doors is a back patio with a 6-person hot tub with more 180-degree views!



Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole entire home.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are not always reliable in the Chattanooga area, so we recommend having a vehicle to fully enjoy everything the city has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

1. PARKING! MAX amount of parking available on the asphalt pad is for 3 larger vehicles. There is no street parking since this property is on the bluff and sits right off Ridgeland Road.



2. This is 1 of SIX Alpine A-frame Cabins! If you would like to rent more than one, please reach out to us! 3 of the 6 Alpine A-frames are currently under construction… they will be available for booking late January!



3. There is an older gentleman that lives across the road and he loves to keep watch over the neighborhood. He is very kind and may say hi during your stay! He has lived on this road his whole life and these A-frames are brand new construction.



4. This cabin sits right off of Ridgeland road in order to maximize the incredible bluff views. There are neighbors that live on the other side of the road who will share the same view but won't be visible form inside of the cabin. This cabin is on a rural country road in a rural area. You may see wildlife such as deer, raccoons, hawks, the lonely coyote and neighboring dogs during your stay.



5. There is a Ring Doorbell on the front door.



6. If you plan on using the hot tub, you will need to bring your own hot tub towels!



7. LADY BUGS: Since this home was built in the spring, it was the perfect opportunity for lady bugs to inhabit the house. Most, if not all, homes in our area have a few lady bugs that find their way inside. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.



Weather and Outages!

As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

Tennessee Aquarium -  21 min (10.6 miles)

Rock City – 17 min (8.9 miles)

Ruby Falls – 17 min (8.6 miles)

Incline Railway – 12 min (6.6 miles)

There is a Dollar Tree and Walmart in Fort Oglethorpe, GA – 11 minutes (6.4 miles)
