Stay right on the Chippewa River in this spacious, family- and pet-friendly home in Jim Falls. With room for up to 10 guests, five beds and multiple living spaces, it’s a comfortable home base for families, groups, weddings, festivals and weekends in the Chippewa Valley.

Coming for a festival in Cadott? We’re just minutes from the festival grounds — about as close as you can stay without camping. A great home base for Hoofbeat (formerly Country Fest), Rock Fest, Force Fields Music Festival and OneFest, with real beds, hot showers, air conditioning and plenty of room for your group to recharge between festival days.

The Old Abe State Trail is just a block away, with Lake Wissota, Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire all within easy reach.

The home has three bedrooms plus additional sleeping space:

We spend time in this home as much as we can with our young daughter. When we aren’t here, we are in Colorado. Holly is originally from this area and loves spending time with family, animals, and the outdoors. Her husband is from Colorado. We try to split our time between the two states.

Why they chose this property

This is a nice quiet neighborhood with a great view of the river, close to Chippewa, Cadott and Eau Claire, some of my favorite places

What makes this property unique

This property is great for entertaining as it has a very large sunroom with a large dining area as well as another smaller dining room, and two very large sitting areas, not including sitting areas in the upstairs in basement. It also has great views and you can often see deer, fox, small birds and bald eagles from the backyard.
