Recently remodeled Primary Bath with walk-in shower, double sink vanity along with plenty of towels, linens & makeup towels. A/C, Ceiling fans & Smart TVs in every room. Additional bedrooms; queen size bed with workspace, 2nd bedroom twin over full bunkbed with trundle. Front bedrooms covered with solar window screens for sun protection. Indoor Laundry facility. Free WIFI. Access to plenty of parking with our four-car garage & side yard. Toilet paper, paper towels, lotions, shampoo/rinse & bodywash in each bathroom provided. Outdoor Covered Patio with barbeque grill & an elevated firepit patio with amazing views, and plenty of seating. Games for enjoyment; Ping Pong table, Giant 4 Connect & Jenga, Golf Cornhole, reading material, etc. Extra wide streets to park a boat. If your stay ends on a Saturday or Sunday, we appreciate the trash bins being place on curbside for trash pick up on Monday. Thx

As a child, I remember our family vacations at the Colorado River, and Lake Mohave. I have always enjoyed the serene feeling of being around natural. I love having the options of hiking, fishing, swimming, campfires and skiing on the Lake. For 50+ years, I have watched this area grow into a beautiful place. I have wonderful fond memories and hope you and your families can create memories as well. Happy Vaca!

This neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, quiet, peaceful, it includes wonderful, friendly neighbors. The location is perfect for being close to all the attractions, stores, etc. Yet enough distance to feel at peace and able to have relaxation.

What makes this property unique

Amazing views surrounding, from the Laughlin Casinos lights at night to the Arizona/Nevada mountains ranges during the day. Not to mention perfect views of the yearly "4th of July fireworks" from the Colorado River.
