Your holiday home boasts a unique location with panoramic views of the Wadden Sea and the heathland of the Listland Nature Reserve. <br>The light-filled rooms invite you to linger.<br><br>On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find the open-concept kitchen-living area with a cosy dining nook, a guest bathroom, and a coat closet.<br>Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. <br>The two bedrooms with double beds each have a TV. <br>The bathroom is also located on the upper floor and is equipped with a walk-in shower.<br><br>The house can only be booked for three people, as all five sleeping accommodation may still be used.<br><br>The house features a large wooden deck equipped with a beach chair, sun loungers, and patio furniture.<br>From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a unique view directly of the Sylt Wadden Sea.<br><br>Garden furniture and beach chairs are available on a seasonal basis. <br>Barbecuing with a charcoal or gas grill is not permitted due to the thatched roof. <br>You can book additional services.
