Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Check-in: Before 4:00 PM is available by request only. - Check-out: After 11:00 AM is available by request only.
- Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance.
- Additional charges ($50) may apply for early check-in or late check-out. - Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an earlier check-in or later check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late check-out: Available by request only and subject to availability. A $50 fee applies to approved late check-outs.
Lock the doors: Please lock the sliding door and main entrance door using the black digital lock only. Do not use or activate any other locks.
Trash: Place all trash in the designated outdoor containers. Kitchen: Load and run the dishwasher, and leave dishes reasonably tidy.
