You can also enjoy views of the sparkling Mediterranean from the double bedroom. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet round out the amenities.

From the apartment, you can also take advantage of the nearby resort facilities: The communal pool with its adjoining restaurant—which also offers a fantastic ocean view—as well as additional stone terraces with direct access to the sea invite you to relax. The residence’s excellent amenities also include two additional restaurants and a small supermarket for daily needs (closed from November through March).

The surrounding area rounds out the perfect holiday package: the golden sandy beaches of Paguera and the enchanting pebble cove of Cala Fornells are just a short walk away, as is the lively town centre with its abundance of shopping and dining options. ???? The pool is open seasonally from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (subject to change). Cala Fornells is a quiet town right next to Paguera. The town centre and the beaches of Paguera are within easy walking distance and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you’ll find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafés serving international and local cuisine. You’ll also find many charming cafés and restaurants along the various beach promenades, offering views of the sea and the beach in front. Cala Fornells itself has a small cove with fairly coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. There’s also space on the large stone terraces for sunbathing. A short walk through a small wooded area leads to other beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

The one-time service fee includes:
Linen packages (maximum 2) for all bedrooms (towels, bed linens), final cleaning, check-in/check-out, on-site contact person, and tourist tax.
* Check-in and check-out are possible any day of the week.
* For check-in/check-out between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as well as on December 24 (after 5:00 PM), December 31 (after 5:00 PM), and January 1 (before 11:00 a.m.), an additional fee of 50 euros applies.
* Payment terms: Deposit via bank transfer; remaining balance and security deposit in cash upon check-in
