Inside, you’ll find two separate living rooms, giving your group extra space to relax, watch a movie, or unwind after a day exploring Coeur d’Alene. The dedicated game room adds even more fun and entertainment for both kids and adults.



Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, perfect for kids and pets to play. Challenge your group to a game of volleyball or horseshoes, enjoy the outdoor space, or simply relax together.



The home is pet-friendly and fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, fully fenced backyard, outdoor amenities, and two-car garage during their stay. The garage provides convenient covered parking and additional space for your vehicles.

Other Things to Note:

For stays of 28 days or longer, a professional cleaning is required once per month to help maintain the home. This service includes a full cleaning and fresh linen change at an additional cost of $250 per cleaning.
