The apartment is centrally located between Unkel and Erpel in the quiet Heister area. The nearest shopping centre is within walking distance.
It was renovated and completed in July 2023. The modern and cosy furnishings invite you to relax.

The holiday rental measures 65 square metres and features a spacious and bright layout. The bedroom/living room measures 22 square metres and is furnished with a double bed and a sofa. The second room (10 square metres) features a sofa bed that can be pulled out to accommodate additional guests. The sleeping area measures 1.40 x 2 metres.

If needed, this room offers the option to work from home. A desk and a swivel chair are provided.

The adjoining kitchen is very spacious and includes all standard kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher.

A terrace with a view of the greenery is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, especially during the summer months. A bakery selling fresh rolls is 500 metres away.
A parking space right outside the door is included in the rental fee.

Additional important information
Our region has a lot to offer. There’s the Rheinsteig hiking trail, which runs along the Stuxberg and its waterfall, among other places. Enjoy the beautiful Rhine promenade as well as the cosy little town centre of Unkel. Even well-known politicians like Adenauer and Brandt enjoyed it here so much that they lived here for a time.
Also worth visiting is the historic and picturesque village of Erpel with its Erpeler Ley. Erpel became famous during World War II primarily for its bridge, whose bridge towers can be visited today. Our region is definitely worth a visit!
