Urlaub im Herbst

Das Haus ist schön und sauber nur ich würde es im Spätsommer nicht noch einmal nehmen das es am Berg liegt und man die Sonne erst spät am Nachmittag hat. Auch Insekten (Mücken) sind ein Problem. Wenn es Probleme gab wurden diese sofort erledigt. Das Grundstück und die Terasse sehen sehr ungepflägt aus. Man hat keine Fernsicht.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt nahe am schönen Dorf Montescudaio in einem naturbelassenen Grundstück mit allen möglichen Bäumen. Wir wurden von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt und hatten schöne Abendsonne. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !

Schöne Tage im Il Frutteto

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub (2 Wo.) im Ferienhaus Il Frutteto. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet (bis auf Fernseher und Radio), und es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Die Lage ist prima und man ist schnell zu Fuss in Montescudaio. Hier kann man das Nötigste einkaufen und gut Essen gehen. Vom Haus aus kann man schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir waren in Volterra, Bolgheri, Castagnetto Carducci, Bibbiona, Casale Marittima,.. Besonders empfehlen können wir auch Peccioli mit seinen Kunstwerken.

Verienhaus Frutteto

Haben sehr schöne Zeit im Mai verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat ist die Überwachungskamera, die im Hof installiert ist. Man fühlt sich die ganze Zeit beobachtet.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Großes Wohnzimmer mit offenen Kamin für gemütliche Abende. Überdachte Terrasse und ein großer (nicht eingezäunt) Garten für den wohlerzogenen Hund. Die zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer sind im linken Teil (unter dem Obergeschoß) des Hauses, ein weiteres Badezimmer und die Küche liegen im rechten Teil des Hauses. Sehr ruhige Gegend (da eine Sackgasse), Motescudaio ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Sehr netter Eigentümer und nette Betreuung durch das Interhome-Office in Cecina.
