LOCATION:
Your apartment 1 is in a quiet, separate location on the edge of the house, i.e. the other guests of the house do not have to pass your terrace
At just under 50 square meters, it is the most spacious vacation apartment in the house and is ideal for families with children as well as for individuals who want to enjoy plenty of space.
The apartment is rented directly by the owner, who will also be happy to help you with tips for your vacation in the southern Black Forest vacation region
KITCHEN:
Your apartment has a separate kitchen, so it is not integrated into the living area as is usual in this class.
Your advantage: no odor and noise pollution (refrigerator!) in the living and sleeping area.
The kitchen equipment is also extensive, including a microwave, raclette, blender, sandwich maker...
SLEEPING:
The separate bedroom is lockable and offers space for 2 people. (The 160 x 200 bed is very comfortable.) Each side of the bed has its own shelf with bedside lamp and sockets. USB adapters are available.

Do you need a crib and high chair for a small child?
No problem, just let me know in advance and I will provide them for you... free of charge, of course!
In the living area, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed) can be easily separated from the living area by means of blackout curtains and thus offer privacy.
MEDIA:
The WiFi has a 250 Mbit/s cable connection.
The Smart TV has an internet connection
BATHROOM:
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and ample storage and hanging space for towels, bathrobes and a coat rack
Separate showers can be found just a few steps away in the indoor pool
LIVING:
In the spacious living area you will find a comfortable corner bench with chairs and a practical extendable table.
The cozy sofa and the lounger invite you to relax.

The hallway and the closet offer you space for your clothes and luggage.

TERRACE:

The terrace faces south/east.
You have sun from the morning until the afternoon.
The terrace table is extendable and offers space for 4 people.
There are also 2 sun loungers.
The awning offers you protection from both sun and rain.
So you can use your terrace whatever the weather.
The terrace is equipped with outside light and sockets.
A small electric barbecue is available.
2 bicycles can be conveniently parked under cover on the terrace.

INDOOR POOL
The heated indoor pool is an absolute highlight and is located on the same level and can be reached in a few steps.
The separate showers are also located there. Comfortable loungers invite you to relax
