Daheim am Rhein - Schöne 2 ½ Zimmer mit Balkon

This beautiful 2½-room apartment with its own balcony, shared use of the garden and pool, and a parking space in the courtyard offers everything you need to make your stay on the Upper Rhine an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. The Swiss border is just a 3-minute walk away. Use this central location as a starting point for your tours through the Upper Rhine and the Upper High Rhine regions, the Tri-Border Area, and Switzerland. Shopping options are within walking distance on both sides of the border.
Here you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a closet. Next door is the living room, which is equipped with an additional sofa bed and can be converted into a second bedroom in no time—and just as quickly back into a spacious living area with a TV.
The kitchen, with an adjoining dining and living area and access to a private covered balcony, is equipped with everything you need.
The balcony, measuring approximately 2 by 6 meters, faces east and is greeted by the rising sun.
The bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as the apartment’s entryway (hallway), round out the picture for a cozy stay.
Although the apartment is on the first floor, there are three steps to navigate. Unfortunately, this means the apartment is not wheelchair-accessible.

We live here with four other households in a shared community with friends and look forward to welcoming you soon.
The courtyard, with its space for your barbecue evenings, the portable ping-pong table, the lawn, and the garden are all at your disposal, as is a parking spot for your car.
The laundry room is in the basement, and upon request, you’re welcome to use the washing machine and dry your clothes there (in the summer, it’s better to use the clothesline in the garden).
Since the Rhine flows just a few steps from the front door and is perfect for swimming, you’re also welcome to use the swimming aids we keep in the garage—just let us know.
Otherwise, just take a dip in our private swimming pool (the relevant rules of use and legal notices are available for review in the apartment, but we’ll of course explain everything to you in person when you arrive).
We have space in the garage or basement if you bring bicycles and want to store them securely.

The Swiss border is a 3-minute walk away. Just cross the bridge over the Rhine and you’re “on the other side.”

So—as everywhere—plenty of opportunities for walking and hiking, whether up and down the banks of the Rhine or through the Black Forest from its foothills to the depths of the woods. Numerous restaurants, hiking trails, the Schluchsee (reservoir), the Titisee, and—in winter—many cross-country ski trails and ski resorts await you. Mushroom hunters will also find plenty to get their hearts racing here.
