Holiday rental for up to 5 people. The bedroom features one double bed and one single bed. There’s also a sofa bed for two people in the living room. The pool and wellness area in the building are available for the exclusive use of the guests.
Four adults can stay here very comfortably.

Winterberg’s city centre is only about a 5-minute drive away, and you can walk to the ski area.

After a day on the hiking trails or the ski slopes, you can relax on the balcony, in the high-quality indoor pool, or watch a film on the Smart TV.

When you open the door, you’ll find yourself in an open hallway that leads to the dining room. From there, you’ll pass through the kitchen into the very spacious living room.

To the right of the entrance, you’ll find a separate bathroom and then the bathtub.

The same goes for the kitchen (equipped with a ceramic cooktop & microwave, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, and, of course, all the necessary cooking utensils).

The very spacious living room features a super-cozy sofa and a fold-out bed. The 55-inch TV is a smart TV. Of course, you can also use apps on the TV here (streaming services, YouTube, etc.). You can sleep in the living room on a full-size, fold-out fold-down bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m), as well as a closet and another smart TV.

From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony (approx. 9 square metres), where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding nature.

If possible, bring a dressing gown and swimwear: the great (free) indoor pool in the apartment complex is just one floor below. You’ll also find a sauna there (€2/30 minutes).

You can connect to the internet via free Wi-Fi. The key to the apartment door is in a key box behind the building entrance. We’ll provide you with the code in advance.

You’ll have the apartment all to yourselves. The swimming pool (free) and the sauna (€2) are part of the residential complex and are available for your use. You’re also welcome to use the complex’s ski storage room. The apartment also includes access to a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room in the basement.
