2 bed/2 bath with stainless steel appliances, king beds, standing desk, queen sleeper sofa, dog beds/bowls, and shared laundry room (supplies included!). Only a few minutes from the Red/Purple/Brown lines, and METRA UP-N @ Ravenswood. Walk to Andersonville/Ravenswood restaurants & shops on N Clark. Walk to Mariano’s, LA Fitness, & Starbucks (5-7min), scoot to Wrigley (10min), drive or bike/scooter to Montrose Beach & MonDOG Beach (10-12min). Garage parking & bike/scooter storage now included!

Recently added living room set, second king bed, ergonomic desk chair, 48” standing desk with charging ports and dry erase board top, extra monitors, keyboard and mouse available upon request, curated library wall, shared backyard, bike/scooter storage & more! Toilet paper/paper towels also provided. Yes! We’re also cat friendly, and will provide scratching posts for our feline guests.

We were able to source most our upgrades from other Chicagoans on Marketplace, yard sales, and thrift stores. It was important that we did what we could to serve the community and not create more waste. We are very proud of our apartments and hope you feel as at-home as we always have.

I live in the building and consider this place my home. You will be my new neighbors! Feel free to reach out for recommendations any time you need, and enjoy our quiet neighborhood. We want our guests to feel like they're coming home, not just renting a space. I also love to create local itineraries in my spare time, and would happily curate one for you at no extra charge.
