If you are looking for a place immersed in peace and nature, this is the ideal place for your stay. This 62 m² property is ideal for 2 people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person and a bathroom with a spacious shower. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher and a washing machine. This villa boasts a very large and well-equipped private outdoor area with a spa area with sauna and hot tub and outdoor hot shower. There are covered terraces furnished with armchairs and a table where you can relax. The property has 2 free parking spaces and a storage area for motorcycles and bicycles. The property does not accept pets. The property has a barbecue, but due to fire regulations, it is not permitted to use it. Smoking and throwing cigarettes on the lawns is not permitted, nor is celebrating events/parties. The property has step-free access and interior. A car rental service is available on request. The property has guidelines to help guests sort their waste correctly. You will find a detailed explanation of how to use the sauna and hot tub. Pros: Whirlpool, Grill, traumhafter Garten und absolute Abgeschiedenheit, sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Cons: Kein automatischer Handtuchservice nach mehreren Tagen Aufenthalt - war nur gegen Aufpreis möglich
